We created three colour palettes as our trailer is split into three main sections that have different moods and atmospheres. The party scene colour palette has bright colours due the costumes and the party lights being used. The 'before meeting Luke' colour palette is darker we wanted to highlight how Oli is in a negative head space and is no longer happy. The 'after meeting Luke' colour palette is a lot brighter and more colourful to represent the happiness that is being felt by the characters in this period. Red is a constant colour throughout the colour palettes as this is one of the main colours in Oli's costumes. We also wanted some constant colours so the trailer as a whole would flow and fit nicely together instead of each clip looking really different.
